Since you agree to be bound by these terms each time you use the Service, please consider reviewing these terms each time you use the Service. In the event of non-material changes, each update to the terms will be effective from the date the revised terms are posted on this webpage. You understand and agree that your continued use and access to the Service after any updates to these terms are posted constitutes your voluntary agreement to be bound by the updated terms.

Our Services

Yunbao Accelerator Service is a temporary digital network communication service designed to enhance internet security and privacy. We do not tolerate any illegal use of Yunbao Accelerator Service. Yunbao Accelerator Service must not be used for any criminal, illegal, or unlawful activities, and you accept and agree not to violate any laws or other applicable laws in any jurisdiction from which you derive your rights. You (the user) are responsible for understanding and complying with any and all applicable laws in any jurisdiction or place relating to you, your actions, and your use of Yunbao Accelerator Service.

To use our services, you need to set up an account. You are fully responsible for all use or activity on your account, including but not limited to any person using your account, whether authorized or having access to any computer where your account is located or accessible.

You use the Service at your own risk. The Service may be modified, updated, interrupted, or suspended at any time without notice or liability. We assume no responsibility for any damage or other adverse consequences arising therefrom. Cloud Leopard Accelerator, its owners, employees, agents, and other persons associated with the Service shall not be liable in any way or form for any damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the use of any account registered in the Service.

Cloud Leopard Accelerator allows switching between devices to log in, but multiple devices cannot be online simultaneously. This includes proxy connections, each of which is counted as a separate slot.

Yunbao Accelerator guarantees 99.9% service uptime. Under no circumstances will Yunbao Accelerator be liable for any loss, monetary or non-monetary damages exceeding what the customer has paid to Yunbao Accelerator, excluding attorneys' fees or litigation costs, regardless of any other applicable laws or regulations.

Cloud Leopard Accelerator collects and processes very limited user data. For more information on user data processing, please refer to the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.。

No log policy

Yunbao Accelerator guarantees a strict no-logs policy, meaning that the Yunbao Accelerator service is provided through automated processes, and your activity while using it will not be monitored, logged, recorded, stored, or transmitted to any third party. We do not store connection timestamps, session information, used bandwidth, traffic logs, IP addresses, or other data. However, to limit the number of simultaneous sessions for active users, the algorithm retains the username and the timestamp of the last session state while the session is active. This data will be erased within 15 minutes after the session ends.

Licensing conditions

Pursuant to the terms and conditions of these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to: (1) download and use copies of the Cloud Leopard Accelerator Software; and (2) use the Services, including but not limited to the Products and Services offered on or through the Cloud Leopard Accelerator Software or our website. You will not grant any other rights or licenses to the Services under this Agreement. This license is valid until termination. This license will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with these Terms.

The Services, including but not limited to the Cloud Leopard Accelerator software, mobile applications, and all other projects, are the property and copyright of Cloud Leopard Accelerator and are protected worldwide. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services and any part thereof, including but not limited to all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights. You may not take any action that harms, restricts, or in any way interferes with our ownership and rights to the Services. All rights reserved unless otherwise stated.

Payment

Yunbao Accelerator service is offered on a subscription basis. When registering for Yunbao Accelerator service, you can choose your service period and payment method. The Yunbao Accelerator application can be downloaded for free on any platform or operating system supported by Yunbao Accelerator. Users must purchase a paid subscription from Yunbao Accelerator to connect to the Yunbao Accelerator service, except for limited free trials or certain coupon offers.

Basic payment information is processed only through our payment service providers (such as Stripe, Credorax, Adyen, Payssion, etc.) and authorized payment processing partners operating in their respective countries. For example, payments in the EU are processed by Mollymind AG (registered at Riedstrasse 7, 6330 Cham, Switzerland) and Moonflash Limited (registered at Regent House, 316 Beulah Hill, London, UK, SE19 3HF). For the US – Lagosec, Inc. (registered at 2035 Sunset Lake Rd., Suite B-2, Newark, Delaware, United States, DE 19702). Payments in Brazil are processed by CYBERPOST INERMEDIACAO DE NEGOCIOS SA, HS code (CNPJ), – 14.009.852/0001-54, registered at R Fernando Machado 73, Sala 203, Centro, Florianopolis. 88.010-510, SC) processing.

Unless you decide to cancel your subscription to Cloud Leopard Accelerator, your service will automatically renew, and your chosen payment method will be charged at the end of each service period, repeating the length of the previous service period.

Refund Policy

If you wish to request a refund, you can do so within 30 days of purchasing the Cloud Leopard Accelerator service. We strive for your complete satisfaction with our service. However, we prioritize resolving any issues you encounter. Several common service configuration problems can hinder your experience, and we have resolved most of the user issues we have encountered.

Subscriptions purchased through the iTunes/App Store are subject to the iTunes/App Store's refund policy. This means that if you purchased an app through the iTunes/App Store, we cannot offer a refund—you must contact store support for this. Payments made using prepaid cards or gift cards are non-refundable. Cloud Leopard Accelerator cannot refund any items purchased from our resellers (Amazon, Best Buy, StackSocial, etc.). In such cases, refunds will be processed according to the reseller's terms of service. For payments made in cryptocurrency, the equivalent USD amount will be refunded in the same cryptocurrency (based on the exchange rate at the time of refund).

You have the right to cancel your account at any time. You can cancel your subscription from your website profile, iTunes/App Store, or Google Play Store. Unused portions of the subscription will not be refunded for cancelled accounts.

No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations of these terms.

minors

Yunbao Accelerator service is available to individuals aged 18 and over. Yunbao Accelerator is not intended for minors, and any use by minors should be under the guidance, supervision, and consent of their parents or guardians. Furthermore, we rely on parents and guardians to ensure that minors only use the service if they understand these terms and the rights and responsibilities set forth in our privacy policy.

Your access to and use of the Service is governed by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to terminate the account of any user who violates any applicable law or these Terms and block their access to the Service at any time at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

You agree that you must not:

1. Using, assisting, encouraging, or enabling others to use the Service for any illegal, unlawful, criminal, or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to port scanning, sending spam, sending opt-in emails, scanning open relays or open proxies, sending unsolicited emails or mass-sending any version or type of email, even if the emails are routed through a third-party server, any pop-up launches, use of stolen credit cards, credit card fraud, financial fraud, cryptocurrency fraud, stealth, extortion, blackmail, kidnapping, rape, murder, selling stolen credit cards, selling stolen goods, offering or selling prohibited and dual-use goods, offering or selling controlled substances, identity theft, hacking, domain fraud, phishing, scraping of any form or scale, digital piracy, and other similar activities;

2. Attacking, interfering with, or granting unauthorized access to the Cloud Leopard Accelerator service in any way or form, or denying service to any other network, computer, or node;

3. Exploiting children in any way, including through audio, video, photography, digital content, etc.;

4. Infringing upon, violating, or misappropriating the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights of others;

5. Do not share any illegal, abusive, harassing, or other offensive content;

6. To spread any virus or other computer instructions or techniques that disrupt, damage, or interfere with the use of a computer or related systems;

7. Attempting to circumvent any technical measures implemented by the Cloud Leopard Accelerator;

8. Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the service;

9. To take any action that imposes or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;

10. To sublicense, sell, resell, assign, transfer, distribute, or otherwise utilize or provide services to any third party in any way;

11. No one may access our website or services for any purpose without our prior written permission; using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means.

12. To build a product using ideas, features, functions, or graphics similar to those of this Service, or to copy any ideas, features, functions, or graphics of this Service;

13. Claiming to be a representative or agent of any Cloud Leopard Accelerator service (including any of its features);

14. Threatening, stalking, harming, or harassing others, or promoting bigotry or discrimination;

15. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service, user accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the service through hacking, password cracking, brute-force attacks, or any other means;

16. Violating general ethical and moral norms, good customs, and fair conduct standards;

17. To use the service for any purpose other than its lawful purpose;

18. To use the services for any military purpose, including the design, manufacture, or production of cyber warfare, weapons development, missiles, nuclear weapons, chemical weapons, or biological weapons;

19. Violating or circumventing these terms in any other way.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or restrict access to the service at our sole discretion. Cloud Leopard Accelerator may implement such suspensions or access restrictions immediately without any instructions, notice, or refund. We may suspend your account for clarification, investigation, or to request an explanation of your behavior and other information. If your account has been suspended, you must contact us for more information. We may suspend your user account for a reasonable period before permanently terminating it.

You voluntarily access and use the Services in your country, and you are solely responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations (if applicable). We reserve the right, at any time in our sole discretion, to limit the availability of the Services or any part thereof to any person, entity, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

You may not connect to and use the service if you are a minor, a competitor of our business, have been or have been banned from accessing the service, or your account has been suspended or closed for any reason.

We encourage you to inform us of any Yunbao Accelerator users who violate these terms; if such violations occur, we may take appropriate action at our sole discretion.

We make reasonable efforts to improve the accuracy and completeness of our services, but complex software will never be completely free of defects, errors, and bugs. We do not guarantee or represent that the services will be completely free of defects, errors, and bugs, such as downtime, data loss, data corruption, service delays, bugs, outdated information, or others. Notwithstanding any other provision in these terms, we reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to the services or any functionality that forms part of the services at any time without notice. In no event shall we be responsible for making such changes. As a reputable registered user, Cloud Leopard Accelerator may provide you with limited service. We do not guarantee and will not assume any responsibility or liability for your use of the services or other products or services we offer. We may also impose restrictions on the use or access to the services for any reason without notice or liability. Our services may be unavailable from time to time due to human, digital, mechanical, telecommunications, software, and other failures. We cannot predict or control when such downtime will occur or the duration of such downtime.

The services (including, but not limited to, our software, mobile applications, services, and website) are provided "as is" and include all errors. We make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, adequacy, fitness for a particular purpose, functionality, availability, or operation of the services. You acknowledge that we have no control over your use of the Cloud Leopard Accelerator services, and we do not warrant the performance or results you may obtain from using the services. You assume all risk and responsibility for any loss or error in your use of the Cloud Leopard Accelerator services and any data or information. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising from the course of a transaction or trade. Without limiting the foregoing, we neither warrant nor represent that your use of the services will infringe any third party's rights, nor do we warrant that the services will be available to you or that the services will operate without errors or interruptions. We shall not be liable or responsible for any delays or failures to perform our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party software malfunctions (whether open or not), failures of your telecommunications or internet service provider, force majeure, earthquakes, fires, floods, embargoes, labor disputes and strikes, riots, wars, novelty issues or other unforeseen product development problems, and actions of civil and military authorities.

Limitation of liability

There are inherent risks involved in relying on, using, transmitting, or retrieving any data and/or content on the Internet, and we urge you to ensure you understand these risks before using Cloud Leopard Accelerator services.

You use the Service at your own risk. Yunbao Accelerator, or any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates, or any of its employees, officers, or directors, shall not be liable in any way for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages (including, without limitation, loss of data or information of any type, loss of business, loss of profits, business interruption, insurance premiums, or any other damages) in connection with or relating to this Agreement, or for the use or inability to use the Service, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Yunbao Accelerator's liability exceed the fees paid by the customer to Yunbao Accelerator and shall not include attorneys' fees or litigation costs, whether otherwise provided by law or regulation.

compensation

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Cloud Leopard Accelerator, its parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, distributors and licensees from and against at your own expense any judgment, loss, defect, damage, liability, cost, claim, demand, suit and cost (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, expert witness fees and expenses) arising out of, caused by or in any way related to your breach of these Terms, your use of Cloud Leopard Accelerator services, or any other conduct or negligence of yours.

Electronic communication

You agree to receive our communications electronically, such as via email, application messages, etc., and agree that such notifications fulfill any legal requirements for written communication. You agree that we may communicate with you to advise you on changes or additions to the Services, any of our products or services, or for other purposes reasonably or required by applicable law.

When communicating with our customer support representatives, you agree to be respectful and courteous. We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately if we believe that your behavior towards any of our customer support representatives or other staff is threatening or offensive at any time.

Use your Cloud Leopard Accelerator account and password

If you choose to create a user account, you must provide some basic information, specifically: a valid email address – for sending Cloud Leopard Accelerator communications, retrieving lost passwords, and establishing VPN connections; and payment information – we process basic billing information through our payment processing partners for payment processing and refund requests. You must keep this information up-to-date, true, complete, and accurate. You warrant that you have the right to provide this information. You authorize us to verify your information at any time. If it is found to be untrue, inaccurate, untimely, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your user account and your access to the service at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Cloud Leopard Accelerator account username and password, and for restricting access to your account. You may not share your password or other account access information with any other party, either temporarily or permanently, and you agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password, whether or not with your authorization. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account, username, or password (as the case may be).

Third-party software

As part of its services, Cloud Leopard Accelerator may from time to time include computer software provided by third parties, used under the licenses and/or terms provided by their respective licensors and/or copyright holders. Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to modify and update these terms at any time at our sole discretion for any reason or no reason, and assume no liability whatsoever, as stated below.

We also reserve the right to modify or update our service operations at any time, for any reason or without justification, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability. We may even suspend services entirely, in which case we will notify you in advance, unless there are compelling reasons preventing us from doing so, such as security or safety concerns.

These terms constitute an agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Cloud Leopard Accelerator service. Both parties acknowledge that no representation is relied upon, but is not expressly included in these terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum necessary extent so that these Terms remain in full force and effect and enforceable in all other respects.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to any third party.
